We pay close attention to quality, fit, and finish before every dispatch. However, in rare cases where things don’t go as expected, we’ve designed a simple and transparent return process for you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

• We offer a 3-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
• Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Tags and original packaging must be intact
• Request must be raised within the 3-day window

WHEN CAN YOU REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:
• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received a wrong item, size, or design
• The product didn’t meet your expectations (unused condition only)

EXCHANGES

• Exchanges are allowed for the same product (subject to availability) or a different product
• You may exchange for a product of the same value, or choose a higher-value product by paying the difference amount
• If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll help you with suitable alternatives
• Exchange will be processed only after the returned item passes quality check

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit
• Processing timelines may take a few working days after approval

NON-RETURNABLE CASES

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if:
• Product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Tags are missing or tampered with
• Request is raised after 3 days
• Product is marked as final sale
